Wow, today turned out really well...

Went to Wal-Mart, bought this:

And surprisingly, it's not the usual Prude-a-rific Wal-Mart Censored Version. Which made me happy. [img]smile.gif[/img]

It's a good CD; I like it. A nice collection of latino, rap, and rock.

And now, (something I actually started yesterday), I finished up my 12" zombie custom. I took a 12" BBI soldier, and took him through the usual stuff: I took chunks out of his face, right arm, and stomach with a X-Acto... I even ripped some of his clothing, a very nice authentic touch.

I then used Sculpey to add intestines dropping out of the hole in his stomach, and added some of the clay to the face, and sculpted it, making for a nice "eaten-away" look. I then removed his left arm, adding Sculpey to the wound to give it the correct ripped-off look. Then came the best part: Painting him. Red, black, and gray were the only three colors that I used.

It looks incredible, and IMO, just as good as anything Sideshow could do. It's a real shame I don't have a camera... because no words can describe this beauty until you see it for yourself. [img]frown.gif[/img]

"Bub" gets a nice spot on my shelf, as probably my favorite (and best) custom-job ever.

Now to the next accomplishment: I sprayed my 18" Endo down with chrome spray-paint. And I'm now just waiting for him to dry. Hopefully, he'll look as badass as that whiteboard guy's custom-job a couple days back.
